CBM Futsal tournament consist almost 32 teams, as G.S.A played 5 Rounds to win the tournament. Tournament included good teams like Karachi United, Fc Rovers, Karachi Flames, Karachi Juniors and Rebellions etc.
Tournament had its special moments. And it started with one when G.S.A was 2 Nil down in the first Game against NCC Rebellions, as the game was of 20mins.But Super Hatrick from Zahid iqbal made G.S.A to go trough to the second round. G.S.A Played Qz Fc in second round and won the Game 2 - 0. Again Zahid was the Killer Instinct for G.S.A. Moving on to Quarter Finals G.S.A Faced Karachi Juniors. One of the best teams of the tournament .KJ kept great pressure on G.S.A by not conceding for long time. But Mudi Scored for G.S.A in the last two minutes, and as the gate was opened by Mudi. G.S.A Banged 2 more goals by Adam Jee and Mustafa. Karachi Flames stood as the Opponent for G.S.A in the Semifinals, But G.S.A with their Concentration level high, kept the ball rolling in Semi Final. Both teams looked good in the first half, but as the Second half started. G.S.A D-Goal Maestro Zahid started to show that why he loves this game so much, By Scoring 2 Crucial and super goals in the Semis, On to FINALS against Fanats Fc. The Final was totally one sided affair, as G.S.A Started the party with the Kick Off whistles. Mustafa opened the account for G.S.A. The goal was soon Equalized by Fanats Fc. G.S.A Keeping their nerves kept the ball rolling, And Soon G.S.A took the lead by mudi.2nd goal was enough to break down Fanats Fc. And Party Began. Asad Banged 3rd and 4th inn for G.S.A. Mustafa making Fanats Fc Dance in the Second Half as Zahid scored the 5th for G.S.A, as it was getting harder and harder for Fanats Fc players to catch G.S.A Players. Fanats Fc conceded a penalty, which was Purely Finished by John Terry of G.S.A Mohammad Talha on Score sheet for G.S.A making score line 6-1.G.S.A conceded a free kick which was scored by Fanats Fc 6-2.The Party was almost over. But it ended with a Grand Finish by a Rocket Launched by Asad making 7-2 the Final Score, Making G.S.A CHAMPIONS OF CBM FUTSAL TOURNAMENT.
